A note about worming from Parkland’s own SQP.

When the sunshine comes out and spring arrives it is a very important time in your horses worming programme, as it is an excellent time to target tapeworm.

A worm count will inform you on which worms you need to target indeed any at all. Protect your horse from drug resistance. Check out thelockboss.ie.

Please remember even if you get a clear worm count throughout the year it is still important to cover for tapeworm at least once a year and also for encysted red worm over December/January.
